We have been very focused on achieving a commercial, ready to deliver product, BEFORE we make announcements and press releases. NOW we have a commercial, ready to deliver product. You will hear a lot about us over the coming weeks and months.

Q:Can you handle all sized orders?
We have a very significant capacity to scale production and deliver very large quantities of the TeleCenter appliance. Our manufacturing is out-sourced and we have strong partner relationships in this area.

Q:What if I want you to change the physical appearance of the TeleCenter?
An important part of our business is custom solutions. We are able to make product and model changes in response to customer and market demands.

Q:What options do you offer?
We offer multiple models, multiple configurations, multiple operating system and application solutions, as well as multiple services delivery platforms. Our objective is to deliver solutions to our customers specific market and user needs.

Q:What are the standard services in the TeleCenter?
Most TeleCenter platform solutions include high-speed Internet access, email, advanced telephone functions, digital voice mail and some additional industry or application specific functions or services

Q:What services can I add?
The TeleCenter is designed to integrate technology and applications from the broad range of popular PC industry standards and products you can add a broad choice of services and applications that are in demand by your customers and users.

Q:Who pays for the services?
This is determined by the service provider. The TeleCenter platform is designed and implemented to accommodate many different revenue and service delivery models. It's also very feasible to implement mixed models some services free and others charged to the user or a third party!

Q:What kinds of revenues can I expect from the TeleCenter... and how much?
This is wholly dependant upon your business model. However, in the hospitality In-room business, our business models indicate the revenue opportunity is in excess of $1500 per year, per TeleCenter, which is about 3 times more than those predicted from a web-only appliance implementation.
