Kevin Bidner has joined iCit America as President and CEO

iCit America is pleased to announce that Mr. Kevin Bidner has recently joined iCit as President and CEO. At joining iCit America, he left a 15 year career with 20-20 Technologies where his most recent position was Chief Business Development Officer. As key strategist and dealmaker for this now public company (TWT.TO recent IPO at $100M Market Cap), Bidner was responsible for identifying new markets, strategizing penetration and executing on the plan. 20-20 Technologies now has a 90%+ market share for its software/services offering in two major industries, thanks in large measure to Bidner’s entrepreneurial leadership. We look forward to the industry - changing leadership that Mr. Bidner can bring to iCit America and the industries we serve.

The TeleCenter services "First Use Free" promotion will allow each guest to use the services for free once each day. Laptop Internet access at up to 4.7Mb (3 times T1 speed) is a feature of the services available to guests !

Colin Shaw, former VP Emerging Products for American Management Systems, has joined iCit America as COO.  Colin brings a proven track-record in building successful IT organizations, developing profitable businesses, and managing large-scale system integration deployments. Crowne Plaza Orlando To Install InRoom TeleCenter

It’s full steam ahead with a two phase installation of the InRoom TeleCenter system at the beautiful Crowne Plaza Orlando Resort. The 1st phase will install about 100 TeleCenter units in the brand-new hotel tower scheduled to open June 15th.  The 2nd phase will install two existing buildings, including time share vacation ownership units. Vacation Ownership marketing is one of many applications that will be operational and generate substantial revenues as well as a high level of guest services, 24/7 on demand from the comfort of guest rooms

Senior Hospitality Executive Joins iCit America Team

We’re pleased to welcome Peter Dhama as Vice-President, Strategic Partnerships. Peter has a superb results based track record in many facets of the hospitality industry, including the hotel, car rental, travel and tourism sectors. As national VP Marketing and Sales for Ramada, he achieved record results in increased room and occupancy numbers and was responsible for more than 60 hotels. As Director of Marketing Canada,  for Budget, he implemented award winning loyalty and partnership programs and designed and implemented business plans for more than 400 licensees
